- Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
- Proof of the issue (images or videos) may be required
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
